1. Warranty Period: The Floating Resort Air Bed is covered by a 30 day limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

2. Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues related to the floating resorts construction, materials, and assembly. If your Floating Resort demonstrates such defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, negligence, abuse, unauthorized alterations, natural wear and tear, accidents, over inflation or exposure to extreme conditions. Additionally, punctures, cuts, and abrasions caused by sharp objects or surfaces are not covered.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service: If you believe your Floating Resort is covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Service team at info@intinflatables.com within the warranty period. Our representatives will guide you through the process of filing a warranty claim.

5. Proof of Purchase: To facilitate the warranty process, you will be required to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation, or invoice.

6. Assessment and Resolution: Once your warranty claim is received, our team will assess the issue and determine whether it falls within the coverage of this warranty. If deemed eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement. Please note that the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Warranty Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser of the product.
